At The Music Horizon, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a lesson or service. To make things fair for both students and tutors, please review our policy below:1. Lesson Cancellation
- 24-hour notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson will receive a full credit or refund.
- Less than 24-hour notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the lesson fee.
- No-shows: Lessons missed without prior notice are non-refundable.
- You can reschedule your lesson at any time, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduled lessons are subject to tutor availability.
- For group sessions, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may not be refundable due to planning and resource allocation.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If a lesson was prepaid and cannot be rescheduled, refund eligibility will follow the cancellation terms above.
